Terms of Sale
All prices quoted are expressed in US dollars (USD). All orders must be paid for in advance by credit card, wire transfer, or pre-approved Letter of Credit at the time the order is placed. Lead times may apply for products based on product type, quantity, and availability.  Special fees may apply for international credit card or Letter of Credit purchases. 

Product Availability
All goods are subject to availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. Some purchases may require minimum quantities.

Shipping & Duties
International orders are shipped CIF (freight and insurance) unless otherwise negotiated in agreement with both parties. Our team of experts can assist in providing advice and quotes associated with preferred and economical shipping methods. All duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Restrictions on the Sale of Specific Products
Some items may be restricted or prohibited to certain destinations, companies, and individuals due to international security considerations.  Sales of other products may be limited due to manufacturers’ agreements with international dealers.  In some cases, export licenses may be required by the U.S. Department of Commerce or the U.S. State Department.  Customers will be advised when a quotation is provided of items that may require special export documentation.

Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Product Specifications
All weights and measures are U.S. or international standard.  Many products offered meet specific industry standards and specifications such as FDA, ISO 9001, CE, NFPA, ANSI, and CSA.  Purchaser is responsible for compliance with standards and regulations in ultimate destination of use.

Warranty Disclaimer & Liability Limits
Items produced by manufacturers other than PSC International retain all manufacturer's warranties and guarantees. Manufacturers' warranties, (including warranties, if any, as to compliance with regulatory authorities) are solely those of the manufacturers. PSC International makes no warranties of any kind and disclaims all express warranties and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. PSC International liability, if any, for negligence or otherwise, is limited to return of goods sold and refund of purchase price. PSC International assumes no liability for products manufactured by others. Items produced by PSC International are warranted only that they are of merchantable quality and are fit for the ordinary purpose for which such goods are used. PSC International makes no other warranties, express or implied, of any kind. No warranties of fitness for any particular purpose are made.

Returning Merchandise
Merchandise may not be returned without prior written authorization from a duly authorized officer of PSC International. Not all merchandise is returnable and we reserve the right deny return of any merchandise. For international orders, returned merchandise must have freight prepaid, be in original packaging and be received in new, resalable condition. Returned goods will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. If PSC International makes an error in fulfilling or shipping an order, we will promptly rectify the mistake at no cost to the customer.

Force Majeure
PSC International shall not be liable for delays in shipping due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to any act of nature, act of purchaser, customs, governmental act, labor disturbance or embargo.
